Proven Thoroughbreds’ first runners for 2019 will include in-form pair TAHSIN and SIENNA ROSE.

Both gallopers have finished first and second in the last two outings.

TAHSIN, trained by Joe Pride, tackles the last event at Randwick’s Kensington meeting on Saturday while the Steve O’Dea-trained SIENNA ROSE is due to run at Doomben on Wednesday.

Outside of that pair, THE BLACK TIDE, a half-sister to multiple Group I-winner SANTA ANA LANE, will make her anticipated debut in a 1200m Maiden at Ipswich on Saturday. The O’Dea-trained filly will be joined on the float by WAS IT WORTH IT, who contests the 1666m Class 3 earlier in the day.

Then on Sunday, staying filly BLANCO CARA heads to Warrnambool for the 2035m BM64 Handicap. The daughter of Cape Blanco will be having her second start for Ballarat trainer Archie Alexander.

Rounding out Proven Thoroughbreds’ runners for the week will be stablemate DISCREET CHARM over 1500m at Yarra Glen on Tuesday.
