Tuesday’s Inglis Ready2Race Sale represented a new frontier for Proven Thoroughbreds.
Proven proprietor Jamie Walter made his first foray into the ready-to-run market by purchasing lot 43, a two-year-old by CHOISIR out of CRAZYONYOU (ENCOSTA DE LAGO).
Before this year, Proven’s public acquisitions had been entirely yearlings but such was the appeal of this particular colt, an exception was made, and at the very attractive price of $45,000.
