Proven Thoroughbreds and Pride Racing combined to purchase daughters of I AM INVINCIBLE and EPAULETTE on day two of the Inglis Classic Sale.

The I AM INVINCIBLE filly oozed quality, enough for Proven Thoroughbreds to go to $210k to secure the winning bid.

Listed as lot 337 (pictured) on account of Newgate Farm, the filly is from the un-raced COMMANDS mare ARDENT COMMAND – producer of five winners from five foals to race.

The 2016-17 season has been a gala so far for I AM INVINCIBLE with seven stakes winners and a superior runners to winners strike rate of 52.9 percent.

The EPAULETTE filly, lot 174, was bought for $90k. She is from the stakes-winning MARSCAY mare ROMARE who has thrown two winners from two foals to race, including the 2YO stakes winner ERAMOR (by STRATUM).

EPAULETTE is an exciting young stallion that hails from one of the best crop of racehorses seen in Australia in recent times – his regular combatants included PIERRO, ALL TOO HARD and YOUR SONG.

He is also one of only a few stallions standing in Australia that won a Group I weight-for-age race as an older horse.
