The short course specialist has won half a dozen 1100m contests and relishes rain affected ground with all seven of her career victories on either HEAVY or SOFT going.

After a brilliant winter of 2024 that yielded a trio of Saturday Metro triumphs and a Racing NSW BOBS Bonus Award, IN FLIGHT had a reality check over the summer failing to win in three starts.

“She’s overcome a slowly run race on a drying track. I thought it was a really good performance.”

Upcoming plans for the rising IN FLIGHT are likely to include a crack at some of the late winter early spring Group sprints in either Sydney or Melbourne depending of course on weather and track surfaces.
