John Thompson, who prepared our GROUP 2 winner TREMEC on the first day of the Championships at Randwick, is one of several trainers we’ve engaged in Sydney since the tragic passing of Guy Walter a bit over 12months ago. Proven Thoroughbreds is conducting a Morning with John for a coffee and barbecue breakfast at his Randwick stable on Sunday JUN 28 from 9.15 for a 10am kickoff.
All are welcome but we just need an idea of numbers for catering so please confirm your attendance by emailing jamie@proventhoroughbreds.com.au. John will parade the PROVEN gallopers in work plus yearlings by SO YOU THINK, SAVABEEL, CAPE BLANCO, EQUIANO and MYBOYCHARLIE. It’s a good opportunity to bring to life your equine interests, have a relaxed chat with John, meet his staff and get some insight into the workings of a racing stable.
The JT STABLES are located up on the hill above the racecourse in front of WANSEY RD but entry is via HIGH St (enter the security gate just prior to Peter Moody’s sign midway up HIGH St by pressing the green button and follow the road round to the right where John’s signage will be apparent).
