Well, Seasons Greetings from all of us here at PROVEN THOROUGHBREDS! The week ahead will naturally be dominated by the Tuesday arrival of the gentleman pictured who’ll be clearly spending a bit of time in the sauna before taking his next race ride!
With the big storms around Sydney impacting on Saturday’s surface at Warwick Farm, there’ll be no PROVEN runners until Boxing Day.
TAHSIN doesn’t relish damp ground so he’ll be scratched to run at Randwick on DEC 26 along with the promising John Bateman trained mare NICCONITA.
In Queensland the racing focuses on the Sunshine Coast after Christmas and Steve O’Dea has last start winner SIENNA ROSE poised to run boldly.
Steve will likely jump out some PROVEN runners on Thursday at Deagon as he prepares a team to target races soon after the summer carnival concludes in mid-January.
Joe Pride will also have some trialists in the black and lime green Thursday at Warwick Farm.
